App Partnership Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Partnership Manager to join our dynamic Technology Partnerships team. As a key member of our ecosystem organization, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our technology partners, driving business growth, and ensuring successful execution of marketing activities and strategic plans.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of named partners, developing plans to enhance partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive new initiatives, expand partner offerings, and establish critical relationships within assigned partners.
- Represent partner interests, driving engagement and focus internally, and ensuring 'Customer First' thinking for all partner planning.
- Be accountable for ARR growth targets and forecasts, ensuring commitment from partners for marketing activities and customer acquisition goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Individuals with expertise in relationship management, integration, and workflow technology, as well as SaaS business models.
- Proactive, analytical, collaborative, and strong communication skills, with 1-3 years of experience in external-facing roles or 3-5 years in customer-facing technical roles.
- College degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, with written and verbal fluency in English.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and understand business value, with a preference for advanced users of automation, integration, SaaS APIs, and/or no-code software solutions.
