Job Title: App Partnership Manager

Make is seeking an experienced App Partnership Manager to join our rapidly growing ecosystem organization. As a key member of our Technology Partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with key and general technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of named partners and develop plans to enhance these partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to drive new monetization initiatives.
  • Uncover growth opportunities by expanding the partner's technology offerings on Make.
  • Establish and maintain critical relationships within assigned partners to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Represent the interests of assigned partners to drive engagement and focus internally.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in relationship management, integration, and workflow technology, and SaaS business models.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an external-facing (sales or partnerships) discipline, or 3-5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role of a technical nature.
  • College degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
