App Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced App Partnership Manager to join our rapidly growing ecosystem organization. As a key member of our Technology Partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with key and general technology partners.
Your primary objective will be to identify and execute successful marketing activities, strategic plans, and expansion of the technology relationship. You will work closely with various stakeholders across our business to ensure alignment with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of named partners within our Technology Partnership team
- Develop strategic plans to enhance partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to drive new monetization initiatives
- Uncover growth opportunities by expanding the partner's technology offerings on our platform
- Establish and maintain critical relationships within assigned partners to drive business growth and customer acquisition
- Represent partner interests to drive engagement and focus internally
- Accountable for ARR growth target and forecast
- Ensure 'Customer First' thinking for all partner planning
Requirements:
- Individuals knowledgeable about best practices in relationship management, integration, and workflow technology, and SaaS business models
- Proactive, analytical, collaborative, and strong communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience in an external-facing (sales or partnerships) discipline, or
- 3-5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role of a technical nature
- College degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Ability to communicate and understand technical concepts in conjunction with business value
