The Customer Success Specialist role at SiteMinder is perfect for those passionate about customer growth and helping businesses thrive. If you enjoy engaging with customers and tackling challenges head-on, this opportunity is ideal for you.

You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximise their revenue. You'll develop rapport with customers, guide them to adopt our products, and demonstrate how to optimise our solutions for their needs. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will focus on revenue expansion and customer adoption scores.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for sales, customer success, and providing great customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds in English and German.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hotel industry or other SAAS business, particularly in customer success, sales, and revenue expansion.
  • High level of German & English proficiency.

This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona City. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000, depending on experience.
