About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Global Customer Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for managing customer issues from start to finish, working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve claims promptly and professionally.
Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service and help us meet key performance targets. To achieve this, you'll need to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming cases from VIP customers, primarily through email and phone calls.
- Problem-solve using cutting-edge tools to guide customers through case resolution.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to crack complex cases.
- Connect with customers from all backgrounds, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills in both German and English. You'll also require:
- Fluency in German language, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working with an international team.
- Great communication skills, with a focus on customer interactions.
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for helping people and solving problems.
- The ability to manage complex situations involving multiple teams.
- Tech-savviness, with experience in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Organisation and motivation, even in high-pressure situations.
We offer a competitive salary of €19,000 per annum, rising to €20,500 after 3 months of probation. Additional benefits include:
