Job Summary
This exciting role offers the opportunity to join our Customer Delivery Engagement (CDE) organization as a Client Delivery Manager (CDM). As a CDM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer engagement from sale to delivery, ensuring seamless execution of services across the entire SAP software stack. You will act as the primary SAP ECS contact for clients, driving growth through strategic engagement and relationship building.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to establish strong client relationships and drive business growth
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to provide quality remote and on-site services that meet customer needs and complexity
- Demonstrate end-to-end accountability for engagement delivery, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Create and maintain service plans to proactively manage operational risk and identify opportunities for value realization
- Track and report on business growth and upsell throughout the engagement lifecycle

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Strong ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in project management or SAP operations, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong engagement management, relationship building, and de-escalation skills, with high competency in multitasking and ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel
