About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Delivery Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery function, you will be responsible for designing and costing delivery models and strategies for various projects. Your primary objective will be to provide effective support to our customers by specifying and designing solutions that meet their defined business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and cost delivery models and strategies for standard, customized, non-standard, complex, and outsourcing projects.
- Represent the EURO Delivery function actively in the bid process and assist with customer-facing communications when required.
- Provide appropriate variations to standard texts in customer-facing proposals and contractual documents.
- Identify, define, and agree on the most effective delivery model and cost to implement designed solutions aligned with Product standards and SITA capabilities.
- Work with Products, Solutions Design, Operations & Service Management, Contract Managers, and Purchasing to develop and issue RFPs to service partners and select and negotiate contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or any other relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in a global organization and service provider environment delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in delivery models and proposals supporting internal or external customers in service design.
- Strong technical knowledge and background in networking and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in service solution design and airport/airline industry preferred.
- Fluency in English language.
