We are looking for a customer support professional to join our team at Van Ons. This is a dynamic role where you will be working with various customers, projects, and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Answering customer inquiries via phone and managing their expectations
- Scheduling tickets with programmers and identifying process improvements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- A high sense of responsibility
- The ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- An affinity with managing WordPress and/or Laravel websites
