Customer Service Advisor for International Support

Newco Communications seeks a skilled Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional support to clients worldwide. Based in Barcelona, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Dutch/Flemish speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound administrative support requests via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities- Handle first-line support requests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate and timely information to various stakeholders, including curators, judges, the registry, and the prosecutor's office of the court.
- Offer support to customers on general information questions, procedure questions, platform issues, user access, and PC configuration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
