We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor to join our team at Teleperformance, working with a leading player in small domestic appliances. This role requires individuals who embody the company's values and can provide exceptional support to customers.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be an ambassador for our brands, providing 360-degree support to customers across various channels, including physical stores and e-commerce platforms. Your expertise will focus on troubleshooting, back-office tasks, and technical learning.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of products and services
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Empathy and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday
