We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Belgian customers, ensuring their software experience is seamless and productive.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader in Workforce Management solutions. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our customers get the most out of our Protime tools. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with your client contacts, answering questions, providing guidance, and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable about our applications and provide expert advice to customers
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Work closely with internal customer experts to resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Fluency in Dutch (native level) and excellent English language skills
- Experience working with software applications and HR systems
