Customer Support Professional for Banking Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer experience department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients of a leading financial services provider.
Responsibilities- Handle client inquiries and technical complaints related to online banking and mobile applications.
- Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions and assist clients with account-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures when handling sensitive client data.
- Utilize call and email channels to deliver exceptional customer service.
We provide a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development. Our benefits include:
- A competitive salary range: €22,000 - €28,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A full-time contract with rotative shifts, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and weekends from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A native level of Dutch and a good level of English.
