Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and technical support activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our products and services.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical documentation.
  • Provide input to product management on customer needs and preferences to inform product development.
  • Visit customers as needed to provide technical support and guidance to the sales team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and technical support strategies.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
  • Fluency in French and English, with Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multicultural organization.
