Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

As a Technical Sales Manager at Danfoss, you will play a crucial role in providing direct technical support to internal and external customers. Your main responsibilities will include addressing technical inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring that technical aspects align with clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare timely and accurate technical quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Develop and continuously improve the bid processes and tools.
  • Evaluate proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization's quality standards.
  • Analyze feedback from clients and prospects on submitted bids and tenders to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
  • Knowledge of French and English languages is highly appreciated; Spanish is a must.
  • Ability to navigate in a matrix and multicultural organization.
