Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring that technical aspects align with clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and projects.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely technical quotations, taking into account customer requirements and organizational quality standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our offerings.
  • Provide technical support to commercial teams, including visiting customers on demand to address technical queries.
  • Contribute to project management and ensure the transfer of documentation to project teams after award.
  • Communicate with product management teams to gather feedback on special features and provide insights on customer needs.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
  • Proficiency in French and English languages, with Spanish being a must.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix and multicultural organization.
