Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring that technical aspects align with clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely and accurate technical quotations based on customer requirements, as well as proactive offerings of value-added alternates/solutions for the customer.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams like sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams during the process.
  • Develop and continuously improve the bid processes and tools.
  • Evaluate proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization's quality standards.
  • Analyze feedback from clients and prospects on submitted bids and tenders to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
  • Responsible for the duly transfer of documentation to Project team after award.
  • Provide feedback to product management team on highly requested special features.
  • Visit customers on demand for technical support to commercial team (Sales).
  • Collaborate in projects Management.

Requirements

  • Technical degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
  • French and English languages are highly appreciated.
  • Spanish is a must.
  • Ability to navigate in a matrix and multicultural organization.
