Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager - International Digital Commerce Group
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our International Digital Commerce Group team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the 360 marketplace fundamentals of account operations, including seller onboarding, catalogue management, storefront, logistics, service, and promotion KPI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the 360 marketplace fundamentals of account operations: seller onboarding, catalogue management, storefront, logistics, service, and promotion KPI.
- Support the accounts of your book of business in their daily operation activity on the platform, offering guidelines, help, and strategic assistance when needed.
- Secure activation of new and existing sellers with a clear calendar coordinated with internal teams and other KAMs.
- Drive ambitious sales targets by working on seasonals and organic marketplace model ramp up.
- Manage and negotiate marketing funds and sales deductions from accounts to ensure external traffic resources, in-app visibility, search boost tools, campaigns exposure, and any other marketing activity to boost GMV.
- Coordinate with internal teams promotional, marketing, and traffic resources to balance accounts investment.
- Ensure account full product assortment and price competitiveness to get the most out of traffic efficiency.
- Negotiate with accounts promotional deals for special marketing and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders accounts special events.
- Promotional planning: Anticipate seasonal promotional calendar setup matching market trends and customer needs.
- Manage main accounts performance metrics (GMV, traffic, ASP, CR, SNAD, NR...) by internal data sources and use the data to improve account performance.
- Support accounts on technical guidance to scale up accounts and connect their catalogue with ISV; basic support needs to be given.
- Own service metrics of sellers, including customer experience and logistic solutions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in key account management, preferably in an ecommerce environment in Pets or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts in a competitive market.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organization.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Fluent in English and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
