Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Lilly. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to gain and maintain access for our products in targeted accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in account management and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
Requirements:
  • University degree with postgraduate studies.
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 or equivalent).
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Desirable 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or account management.
  • Negotiation and decision-making skills within contracting parameters.
  • Availability to travel (more than 50%).
Additional Preferences:
  • Excellent implementation skills.
  • Preferred biomedical degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership.
  • Proven ability to thrive in complex situations.
  • Understanding of health economics.
