Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Lilly. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • University degree with postgraduate studies
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 or equivalent)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Desirable 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or account management
  • Negotiation and decision-making skills within contracting parameters
  • Availability to travel (more than 50%)
  • Location: Cantabria, Pais Vasco, Navarra

  • Confidence and willingness to take on new challenges and manage multiple projects
