Job Title: Key Account Manager

Organon is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers in the private sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and penetration in existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account performance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in Spanish.
