We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Lilly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • University degree with postgraduate studies
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 or equivalent)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Desirable 2-3 years in pharmaceutical sales and/or account management/experience in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Negotiation and decision-making skills within contracting parameters
  • Availability to travel (more than 50%)
  • Location: Cantabria, Pais Vasco, Navarra
