Somos una consultoría de selección especializada en retail, wholesale & eCommerce que trabaja con las mejores empresas del sector. Estamos colaborando con uno de nuestros clientes en la búsqueda de un perfil de Key Account Manager y desarrollo de negocio.
Descripción del puestoNuestro cliente es una gran empresa multinacional que está desarrollando una linea de negocio para prestar servicios de reformas de FF&E principalmente a hoteles y residencias de estudiantes entre otros proyectos de real estate.
Responsabilidades- Conseguir nuevos clientes y realizar prospección para identificar nuevas oportunidades.
- Analisar necesidades y presentar presupuestos para proyectos de reforma.
- Asesorar en productos y servicios y realizar seguimiento para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Resolver dudas y problemas que puedan surgir durante el proceso.
- Experiencia en posición similar más de 3-5 años.
- Conocimiento técnico de producto contract, materiales de construcción, equipamientos o similar.
- Experiencia en proyectos de reforma de hoteles, residencias universitarias, etc.
- Excelente comunicación, proactivadad y habilidades negociadoras y capacidad de desarrollo negocio y captación nuevos clientes.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Fijo competitivo + Variables en función de objetivos +/- 15-20%.
