At Too Good To Go, we're on a mission to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

Our marketplace app connects businesses with unsold, surplus food to consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a significantly reduced price. We're a certified B Corporation with a strong commitment to reducing food waste and promoting sustainability.

We're looking for a talented individual with a passion for account management and business development to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you'll work closely with our Key Account Lead to develop and implement strategies to grow our impact across Spain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure correct use of our service and optimize store engagement
  • Providing training to new managers and staff to ensure they're using our systems effectively
  • Identifying feedback trends from data and conversations with stores and escalating to key stakeholders to find solutions
  • Ensuring stores have good experiences with our customers and taking action to improve store quality
  • Performing administrative tasks, including mass updates for public holidays and ensuring store information is up to date and accurate

We're looking for someone with a strong background in account management or business development, preferably in the supermarket segment. You'll need to be proficient in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
