Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at the Albert Roger Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth for key customers across Southern Europe.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing customer relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and goals. You will work closely with our marketing team to foster innovation and adapt our strategy to meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities to meet assigned revenue goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing business strategies
  • Managing lead and campaign forecasting and execution
  • Maintaining customer data and activity reports

Requirements:

  • Winning experience in sales/business development with key retailers in the grocery channel
  • Experience within a non-food category, FMCG, particularly in beauty/personal care/hair care is advantageous
  • Enthusiastic and consultative business developer with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Goal-focused with the ability to self-manage and establish effective customer relationships
