As we continue to evolve, our local teams have developed personalized solutions for their respective markets. However, with the increasing complexity of our operations, there's a need for real-time insights to inform actions and strategies across all countries. To address this, we're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Quality Administrator.

Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain a quality framework that enhances customer experience across every interaction
• Derive actionable insights from global quality analysis to drive improvements
• Create frameworks for measuring process efficiency and automating tasks where possible
• Collaborate with local structures to implement global processes and ensure seamless integration
• Analyze local processes, identify best practices, and develop tailored solutions
• Work closely with other departments to establish a shared understanding of metrics and requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, analytics, operations, or business development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global team
• Proactive and curious approach with a strong analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL, Python, or R (bonus points if you have experience with CRM systems)
• Ability to learn new tools and skills quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
