Senior Compensation and Benefits Strategist

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Principal Total Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by designing competitive compensation and benefit packages, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team to research, design, and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
- Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity).
- Advise, educate, and coach Human Resources and management on Total Reward programs and systems.
- Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
- Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
- Responds to and resolves a variety of escalated compensation and benefits issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, with proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in compensation analysis tools, knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
