About the Role:
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join our team at Feverup, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a competitive and equitable rewards strategy aligned with our company values and objectives. You will work closely with senior management and other key stakeholders to communicate compensation policies effectively, fostering an environment of transparency and alignment with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational and Pay Structure Management: Maintain and update the organizational and salary structure, defining and mapping job positions to reflect current roles and provide clarity for career development. Conduct salary benchmarks across global markets, ensuring competitive and fair pay practices, including new role analysis and pay structures in emerging markets.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in compensation, ideally with exposure to international frameworks. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HRIS and data management tools is a plus. Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level), both written and spoken, for global communication and analysis. Core Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proactive approach, and results orientation. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
