Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of €60,000 to €80,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing employee benefits in Iberia, including compensation, benefits, and personnel-related programs. You will be responsible for budget control, managing salaries and benefits, and analyzing market trends to ensure a competitive position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and fringe benefits, ensuring accurate preparation and notification to payroll.
  • Budget and control salaries and benefits expenses, monitoring actual costs against approved budgets.
  • Participate in salary surveys and provide data to survey companies to stay informed about market trends.
  • Analyze market movements and propose actions to maintain a competitive market position.
  • Manage relocation and repatriation processes, ensuring compliance with Spanish and Portuguese legislation.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Rewards area and Personnel Administration in a multinational company.
  • Experience in labor legislation and finance is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR or SF, and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English required.
