The role:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our Global Mobility and Corporate Governance department within the Group Human Resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, designing, implementing, and updating compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with company objectives
- Collaborate with business units to ensure effective implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Manage long-term incentive plans, including participant control, registrations/deregistrations, documentation, and databases
- Conduct compensation studies to determine current salary bands and benefits

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
