Job Description:

The Total Rewards team at Boston Scientific are responsible for researching, designing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and programs to support the organization's strategic objectives. As a Principal Total Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping employee experience through competitive compensation and benefit packages, analyzing market trends and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends to assess competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
  • Determine job requirements using the job evaluation process and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity).
  • Advise, educate, and coach Human Resources and management on Total Reward programs and systems.
  • Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated compensation and benefits issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
