Job Description:The selected person will join our Compensation & Benefits department, supporting our global Human Resources function. Their primary objectives will be to develop, implement, and maintain effective compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Main Functions:- Compensation and Benefits: Define, design, implement, and update compensation policies and procedures. Collaborate with Business Units on annual salary reviews, setting and evaluating objectives, and managing annual variable compensation.
- Global Mobility: Develop and manage Ferrovial's Global Mobility policy, advising Business Units and employees on applicable international regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relocation, immigration, tax, and compliance for international assignments. Coordinate work permit and visa applications, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
Salary:We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HR, finance, or business)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related field
