The Compensation Senior Analyst will support the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving business growth and improving lives. This role requires a collaborative mindset, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders across different regions.
Key Responsibilities- Support Sales Compensation and bonus plans, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Analyze annual Compensation surveys and Benefits reviews, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Global Rewards Team to deliver exceptional compensation experiences, leveraging expertise in HRIS integration and reporting.
- Design and implement effective internal training programs, educating HRBP and TA on company reward practices and programs.
- Provide competitive offer recommendations, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market and employee data, informing salary structures and career architecture.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Agile thinking, adaptability, and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Market compensation survey experience, including WTW.
- Advanced Excel knowledge and HRIS integration expertise.
- Workday experience and detail-oriented analytical skills.
