At Alstom, we're a global leader in the transport industry, and we're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager. This role is based in our Head Office in Madrid and will play a key part in shaping our company's total rewards strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing our compensation and benefits strategy. You'll work closely with various teams across the business to ensure that our rewards programs align with our company objectives and remain competitive within the local market.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • High analytical competencies and skilled in Excel
  • Ability to communicate with precision and transparency
