Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that drive business results and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Design and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our company's overall well-being.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to ensure effective communication and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits in the EMEA region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the EMEA region.
  • Proven expertise in compensation design, application, and theory, including knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
