Compensation and Benefits Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team at Louis Vuitton. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies to enhance our competitive market positioning and attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to support business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Design and implement HR systems and processes to support compensation and benefits administration
- Provide strategic guidance and support to Operational HR Leaders and global/regional Compensation and Benefits stakeholders
- Lead annual salary increase and Individual Compensation Review (ICR) processes and manage Mediterranean benefits, well-being initiatives, job evaluations, and benchmark vendors
- Compile and review people-data across the organization to improve reporting provision, ensure data accuracy, and comply with data protection regulations
- Utilize statistical techniques and analytics tools to analyze HR data trends, patterns, and correlations
- Design and create comprehensive HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders, including executive management
- Develop predictive analytics models to forecast future HR trends and support strategic planning
- Act as the project leader and process owner for all HR Systems processes, ensuring the reliability of data in HR systems
- Serve as the main point of contact and internal support for HR systems, including My Horizon system
- Analyze trends and needs for HR systems, improving current system usage, and building strong relationships with HR systems suppliers and partners
- Enable the optimization of resources, vendors, budget, and processes. Drive the execution of HR-related projects and programs
- Ensure that HR projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Track, monitor, and report on HR program and project progress to ensure successful execution
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Compensation
- Bachelor's Degree in Labor relations, Business Administration, Law or similar
- English Fluent (another European language is a plus)
- Knowledge of HR systems (HR SAP, Success Factor)
- Good knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislations
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Experienced in MS Office, Excel as priority
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies at Korn Ferry, Mercer (Nice to have)
