Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our People team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing compensation internationally, driving innovative compensation strategies, and implementing processes to optimize compensation reviews and bonus payouts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an international compensation strategy
  • Manage the yearly compensation review process worldwide, focusing on process automation and optimization
  • Deploy and manage bonus payouts worldwide
  • Manage equity attributions, tools, and exercising processes
  • Co-create BSI/Individual Compensation and Benefits supporting documents
  • Ensure internal equity and competitiveness
  • Update and maintain compensation ranges according to our philosophy
  • Support People partners on compensation questions and Talent Acquisition team on offer definitions
  • Participate in salary surveys and provide business benchmarks
  • Contribute to global projects, such as benefits setup, budget definition, forecast, and ad-hoc analysis
Requirements
  • Significant experience in Compensation (at least 3 years)
  • In-depth knowledge of C&B practices
  • Experience in a fast-growing and international environment
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel/Gsheet
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fun and enthusiastic team player
