About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Compensation professional to join our People team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing international compensation, driving innovative strategies, and implementing process automation.

Your Mission
  • Manage global compensation reviews and bonus payouts
  • Deploy and manage equity attribution, tool, and exercising processes
  • Co-create BSI/Individual Compensation and Benefits supporting documents
  • Guarantee internal equity and competitiveness
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation with in-depth knowledge of CB practices
  • Proven track record in fast-growing, international environments
  • Strong Excel/Gsheet skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
