Job Title: EMEA Marketing Strategist Manager

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking an experienced EMEA Marketing Strategist Manager to oversee the overall marketing strategy and plan execution for CloudHealth from VMware offering in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote CloudHealth targeting managed service providers and end customers.
  • Oversee the full marketing mix, including demand generation programs, to recruit, enable, and grow managed service providers and develop net new business.
  • Liaise with the marketing strategist in NA to build synergies and collaborate with other functions of Arrow ECS Marketing.
  • Apply a deep understanding of Arrow's value proposition and initiatives in FinOps to guide marketing planning and strategies.
  • Monitor progress on campaign execution and use advanced understanding of CloudHealth go-to-market strategies to create high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Own the marketing investment and spending strategy to deliver ROI against marketing plans.
  • Use marketing campaign brief development methodology to create effective campaign plans and work with Arrow ECS campaign managers and production team.
  • Analyze and articulate campaign effectiveness and metrics to Arrow and propose creative ideas to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in FinOps, mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategic marketing plan creation.
  • Experience in modern marketing, including digital marketing and Account Based Marketing.
  • Experience working with or for channels is mandatory.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Business fluency in English, additional European language a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
