Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that support business objectives and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to communicate compensation and benefits information to employees.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits in the EMEA region.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to support compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the EMEA region.
  • Proven experience in compensation plan design, job analysis, market pricing, and incentives.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
