Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving business growth and improving lives. This role requires a high level of English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interact with various stakeholders across a complex and dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales compensation and bonus plans to drive business performance.
- Conduct annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews across the region to ensure competitiveness.
- Partner with the Global Rewards Team to support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle.
- Develop and implement compensation-related training programs for HRBP and TA teams.
- Provide competitive offer recommendations to Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams.
- Review salary structures, market data, and employee analysis to inform compensation decisions.
- Support compensation-related requests, including role evaluations and salary reviews.
- High level of English.
- Team worker with experience working in international virtual teams.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally across EMEA region.
- Agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and demanding timescales.
- Experience with market compensation surveys and HRIS integration.
