Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Senior Analyst will provide critical support to the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving regional initiatives. This role requires collaboration with the Global Rewards Team to deliver strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales compensation and bonus plans.
- Conduct annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews across the region.
- Support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle, partnering with the Global Rewards Team and project teams.
- Design and deliver internal training programs on company reward practices and programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to provide competitive offer recommendations.
- Analyze salary structures, market data, and employee compensation.
- Support compensation-related requests, including role evaluations and salary reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data as required.
- Collaborate with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes in Workday.
Requirements:
- High level of English proficiency.
- Excellent team player with experience working in international virtual teams.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably across the EMEA region.
- Agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and demanding timelines.
- Experience with market compensation surveys.
- Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and HRIS integration.
- Workday experience.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
