Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales compensation and bonus plans that align with business objectives.
- Conduct annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews across the region, ensuring data-driven insights.
- Support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle, partnering with the Global Rewards Team and project teams.
- Design and deliver internal training programs to educate HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams on reward practices and programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to provide competitive offer recommendations, ensuring a strong employer brand.
- Analyze salary structures, market data, and employee feedback to inform compensation decisions.
- Manage compensation-related requests, including role evaluations and salary reviews, ensuring integrity in career architecture and salary planning frameworks.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes in Workday.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process automation initiatives, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization.
Requirements:
- High level of English proficiency.
- Excellent team player with experience working in international virtual teams.
- Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably across the EMEA region.
- Agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and demanding timelines.
- Experience with market compensation surveys and data analysis.
- Advanced IT skills, including Excel expertise and HRIS integration knowledge.
- Workday experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a solutions-driven approach.
