Compensation Senior Analyst

The Compensation Senior Analyst will support the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving the region's compensation strategy. This role requires collaboration with the Global Rewards Team to deliver a comprehensive compensation program that aligns with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales compensation and bonus plans that drive business results.
  • Conduct annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews across the region to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle, partnering with the Global Rewards Team and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design and deliver internal trainings on reward practices and programs to HRBP and TA teams.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to provide competitive offer recommendations.
  • Analyze salary structures, market data, and employee data to inform compensation decisions.
  • Support compensation-related requests, including role evaluations and salary reviews, while maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data as required.
  • Collaborate with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes in Workday.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process automation initiatives, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization.
Requirements:
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent team player with experience working in international virtual teams.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably across the EMEA region.
  • Agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and demanding timelines.
  • Experience with market compensation surveys (WTW, etc.).
  • Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and HRIS integration and reporting experience.
  • Workday experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a solutions-driven approach.
