Rewards Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Rewards Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee benefits in Iberia, including compensation, benefits, and personnel-related programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the administration of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Develop and implement salary surveys and provide data to survey companies.
- Analyze market trends in benefits and compensation and propose actions to maintain a competitive market position.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish and Portuguese legislation in all rewards processes and procedures.
**Requirements**
- University degree or equivalent education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rewards and personnel administration in a multinational company.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP HR or SF, and MS Excel.
