Job Title: Rewards Manager - Employee Benefits Specialist

Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES

Key Responsibilities:

The Rewards Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of employee benefits in Iberia (Spain, Canary Islands, & Portugal), as well as the administration of personnel-related programs, including compensation, benefits, IAs, and general office services, budget control, and ensuring compliance with Spanish and Portuguese legislation.

Duties include:

  • Managing the administration of employees' compensation, such as salaries, bonuses, other benefits, and fringes on a monthly basis, and supervising accurate preparation and notification to Payroll.
  • Budgeting and controlling the salaries and benefits budget, monitoring and controlling actual expenses vs. approved budget (APSP based).
  • Participating in salary surveys and providing data to survey companies.
  • Analyzing market movements in terms of benefits and compensations based on surveys results, proposing adequate actions to ensure a competitive market position.
  • Ensuring legal documentation regarding relocation/repatriation.
  • Communication with GBS regarding any change in employees' data, queries, or ad-hoc reports.
  • Maintaining accurate data in all rewards systems, as well as policies and procedures applicable in any of the markets.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • University degree or equivalent education.
  • A background in Human Resources or Finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Rewards area and Personnel Administration in a multinational company.
  • Experience in labor legislation.
  • Finance experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR or SF.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English required.
  • Attention to detail, good organization, analytical thinking, good communication, and teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range between €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as relocation support, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
