Job Title: Rewards Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rewards Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of employee benefits in Iberia, as well as the administration of personnel-related programs, including compensation, benefits, and general office services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the administration of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
• Budget and control salaries and benefits, monitoring actual expenses vs. approved budget.
• Participate in salary surveys and provide data to survey companies.
• Analyze market movements in terms of benefits and compensations, proposing actions to ensure a competitive market position.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish and Portuguese legislation in all rewards processes and procedures.
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent education.
• A background in Human Resources or Finance is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Rewards area and Personnel Administration in a multinational company.
• Experience in labor legislation, finance, and SAP HR or SF is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Spanish and English required.
• Attention to detail, good organization, and analytical thinking are essential.
