Brightvision is a B2B growth agency specializing in results-driven marketing for tech companies. We have a team of around 100 employees across the globe, working with some of the largest and most innovative companies in the tech industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Swedish-speaking Sales Development Representative with previous experience in B2B telemarketing/inside sales roles and preferably previous experience in the IT/Tech industry.

You will be part of an international team of consultants who are all happy to support you whenever needed and never forget to have great fun together.

About the Position

This position entails leading cold outreaches for our clients towards the Swedish market. You will be responsible for developing rapport, influencing others, and maintaining strong working relationships.

Requirements
  • Persistent, self-starter with a track record for success with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Habit of working with several different outreach systems such as Email, Phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • B2B sales experience of 3-5 years
  • Works within the Swedish market or have been doing so
  • Good IT skills to effectively navigate a fast-paced, computer-based job
  • Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
  • Speak and write English in a professional way
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a stipend to help cover home office costs, health wellness program, and bonus program for everyone.
