Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Outreach Coordinator to join our team at Sagan. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and other communications.

About the Role:

As a Sales Outreach Coordinator, your primary goal is to engage prospects, generate interest in our products and services, and set up targeted weekly appointments. You will establish rapport with prospects through effective communication, assess their suitability, and present our offerings in a compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Rapport with Prospects: Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to connect with assigned prospects.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Create a positive impression of our products and services by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Present Products/Services: Clearly introduce and present our offerings to generate interest and identify potential opportunities.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
  • Track Progress: Monitor progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • A proven track record of meeting targets and generating leads through outbound communication.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner.
  • Resilience and persistence when handling rejection.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of various prospects.
  • Technical proficiency in using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
