Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Outbound Sales and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and other communications.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish Rapport with Prospects: Conduct outbound calls, texts, emails, and other forms of communication to connect with assigned prospects.
- Build Strong Relationships: Create a positive impression of our products/services by building strong relationships with prospects.
- Achieve Targeted Weekly Appointments: Effectively engage with prospects and assess their suitability to achieve targeted weekly appointments.
- Present Products/Services: Clearly introduce and present our products/services in a compelling manner to generate interest.
- Qualify Leads: Ask relevant questions to identify potential opportunities and qualify leads.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM.
- Follow-up: Follow up with prospects who have shown interest, ensuring ongoing engagement until they are ready for further sales conversations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in inbound or outbound sales, business development, or account management.
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting targets and generating leads through outbound communication.
- Skills: Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Resilience: Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of various prospects.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
