Welcome to WorkMotion's Sales Development Representative role, a key position in our team that drives impactful first impressions and shapes lasting relationships with clients. Role Overview:

In this Sales Development Representative position focusing on the Western European market, including Benelux, Nordics, and UKI, you will drive WorkMotion's expansion through mostly outbound and inbound prospecting efforts. Your role will play a crucial part in generating and qualifying sales leads that turn into opportunities and closed business. This position offers the chance to learn from our experienced sales team and contribute to our ever-growing Sales and SDR Playbook.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive WorkMotion's expansion in the Western European market by strategizing and executing outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
  2. Represent WorkMotion at local fairs and international conferences
  3. Generate and qualify sales leads to convert into opportunities and closed business
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies
  5. Support WM's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local events, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads
  6. Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize the current workflow by sharing ideas and implementing new strategies
  7. Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on direct prospect interactions
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through data-driven analysis and experimentation

About You:

  • You have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales-related positions such as Lead Generation or Fundraising
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in communication, foreign languages, humanities, or a business-related field - or equivalent relevant experience
  • You are tech-savvy and motivated to master new tools like CRMs (HubSpot) quickly
  • Native-level English skills are required; proficiency in Dutch and Swedish is a plus
  • You possess a proactive nature with problem-solving abilities and urgency
  • You are an excellent communicator who can convincingly articulate your message in both spoken and written language
  • You thrive in adaptable environments and are comfortable with fast-paced workflows
  • You are skilled at building relationships and collaborating with internal and external teams to continuously improve processes and communication workflows
